Longhouse Construction starts!

An enthusiastic and talented group of men from the Southminster Presbyterian Church spent March 5-6, 2010, building the floor platforms for two new longhouses that will be ready for use this summer.

Brown Pearson, who planned the project and recruited the workers, has committed to making sure the work is completed before campers arrive in June.

These will be the first longhouses in camp to have permanent windows installed which will make them useable year round.
