Is The Hollowed Harvest Appropriate For Children?
Yes. The Hollowed Harvest is not a scary event. Unlike a “Haunted House”, the Hollowed Harvest is an incredible Jack-O’-Lantern festival featuring beautifully carved and arranged pumpkins designed to wow audiences of all ages!
Can We Enter The Event With Tickets For A Different Day Or Time Slot?
Tickets are only good for the day and time slot noted on your ticket confirmation and checkout page. If your preferred time or day has sold out, we can not accommodate your request to use a different ticket. We suggest you plan to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your time slot to provide ample time for parking / shopping / concessions prior to your entry.
Are Masks And Other PPE Required?
In accordance with the guidance and recommendations published by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control), state, and local authorities, BOLD Media will continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and will update this COVID-19 policy shortly before the event. All guests purchasing tickets to attend the Hollowed Harvest will be required to comply with COVID policies once published.
It is our hope that as more people become vaccinated, we will not have to implement any additional precautions. We strongly encourage everyone to get vaccinated.
Please note that any guest attending the event may be subject to random temperature screenings and can be denied access to the premises. Anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms will similarly be denied access to the event.

Are Outside Food And Beverages Permitted?
No. Guests are not permitted to bring food or beverages into the Hollowed Harvest. Concessions will be available onsite for purchase during the event.
Do We Need To Buy Tickets In Advance?
Advance purchase of tickets are required, there are no on-site ticket sales available.
What is the Refund Policy?
For tickets purchased to attend the Hollowed Harvest there are no refunds, exchanges, or transfers. All sales are final. There are no exceptions to this policy. BOLD Media does not accept any request for refunds.
If a ticket holder does not show up to redeem their ticket they forfeit their ticket without the possibility of refund or credit.
In the case of extraordinary weather the event may be postponed by BOLD Media, please check the website and social media pages (@hollowedharvest) for updates. The ticket holder does not have the right to make a judgement about inclement weather.
BOLD Media reserves the right to cancel any tickets or remove any ticket holder from the event for any reason without refund.
This policy is binding as of 6/24/2020. No agent or employee of BOLD Media may alter this policy.
