Pathfinders - Counselors in Training
For Campers Entering Grade 12 This Fall
The Pathfinders program seeks to raise up servant-leaders, helping young adults realize their gifts, calling, and direction while providing fulfilling service opportunities.
What Pathfinders CIT Do
Pathfinders CIT further develop leadership skills in the context of serving as a summer camp staff member. Participants spend the first two weeks training; in the third week, CITs will serve as a third counselor with a camper group, having the opportunity to display their new skills.
Check out our full list of activities available. Each group will set their own pace and schedule at the Monday morning town meeting.
